About Me

I’m Lucy, Founder and Director of Pepe & Rose which began life in 2022. Before establishing Pepe & Rose, I spent over 15 years working as a senior corporate communications and brand executive and have lived and worked in Poland, Belgium and Canada as well as the UK. Having always loved interior design and having eight years ago embarked on renovating my own home, I decided to retrain as an interior designer.  

I’m passionate about the positive impact the right interior can have on a person, family or team’s happiness and wellbeing. I love getting to know my clients and working closely with them to create sustainable, beautiful and practical interiors.

I am a member of the BIID (British Institute of Interior Design) Sustainability Committee and a proud signatory of Interior Design Declares (www.interiordesigndeclares.co.uk), an industry wide collective committed to strengthening our working practices to design spaces with a more positive impact on the world around us.

I live with my husband, two young children, parents, Bonnie the Springer Spaniel and three pygmy goats in Teignmouth, on the South Devon coast.
